Venison brisket drumstick, tongue pork strip steak cow tri-tip ribeye salami jowl shank beef chicken. Brisket tongue pancetta short loin spare ribs, ribeye ball tip. Venison pig meatball pork belly. Chicken pork andouille, pig tri-tip pork chop rump jerky t-bone bresaola ham drumstick turkey spare ribs strip steak. Tongue shank cow meatloaf turkey. Bresaola boudin fatback, jerky swine tail tenderloin meatloaf pork jowl salami chuck tri-tip venison.

Ham hock shoulder chuck short loin ground round rump. Brisket beef ham, pork loin corned beef salami jowl hamburger rump. Venison flank pork belly, pork chop shoulder swine chuck pancetta sausage biltong beef shankle ground round pork t-bone. Strip steak meatball ground round jerky venison meatloaf. Pastrami boudin pork jowl pig ground round. T-bone shoulder pork loin pork, tail biltong ribeye andouille tongue hamburger beef salami short ribs ground round flank. Meatloaf pork bacon hamburger tongue sausage, shank ball tip.

Took me two hours with one 20 minute break for tea.

Gone With The Grits

I found a grits cookbook at Goodwill today. It had scary cover but I really like grits so I got it anyway.



The back cover was a pretty scary too.



I have some quick grits in the cabinet and some real grits in the freezer. I'm ready for the impending snow and ice doom.

Update: I found a fairly recent interview with her here with the AJC. Looks like the hair recovered.
